Relax your body & mind… Join us for a much needed weekly yoga session at the Impact Hub Budapest!

Our Yoga practice is a combination of Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin Yoga and Pranayama breathing techniques. Sessions will be 60 minutes with a proper relaxation to finish the practice. These sessions are for all levels of yogis from beginner to advanced practitioners. More importantly, the class responds to the needs and level of the group, considering such factors as stress related problems, special tensions in the body or injuries. Our fabulous instructor, Angela Saavedra, loves inspiring and challenging her students to become more aware about their own minds and bodies.  Her goal is to promote self-healing through positive thinking, regular yoga practice, conscious diet, and breathing techniques.

MORE ABOUT OUR YOGA INSTRUCTOR

Angela Saavedra is a Certified Yoga Alliance Instructor with formation in Ayurveda, Hatha yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa principles by Bindusar Yoga Rishikesh, India.  Other professional courses and certifications by Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center, Tyrol – Austria and Forest Yoga, USA.

Angela works mainly with small groups and teaches one-on-one classes for people with special injuries. We offer our community a weekly dose of much needed body nurturing and re-alignment from January 29th, 2018, we will be having weekly lunch time power yoga classes in our workshop room, check our Facebook page for exact schedule!
