Absolutely. You can drop by the space anytime during our regular opening hours (from 9am to 6pm on weekdays). If you want to give notice of you visiting us, sign up for a space tour or attend an event (many are open to non-members, too). No matter when you come, one of our Community Hosts will be happy to show you around and answer your questions.
What is Impact Hub Budapest?
Impact Hub Budapest provides a home for a diverse community that supports positive social change. We believe a more sustainable world evolves from the combined accomplishments of creative, compassionate, and collaborative people. We opened in March 2016 and we’ve been spreading the news of impact in the city ever since.
Our beautiful turn-of-the-century Budapest building supports all your professional needs with a large co-working space, team offices, event & meeting rooms, and other shared office resources. We also host many inspiring events to educate and connect our members and our local community.
We are part of a global network of connected communities who are creating tangible solutions to the world’s most pressing issues. These are the people who see and do things differently and have the entrepreneurial passion to create REAL impact. Our dream is to bring together the local community to help solve the grand challenges of our time using the framework of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
How do I become a member?
Check out our membership packages, choose the one which would suit your needs best, then fill in our sign-up form. Ready? Cool. You can come to the Hub, where you will be given a space tour by one of Community Hosts. They will help you find your way around and connect to the community. Curating a diverse community of like-minded people is one of our main priorities and one of the reasons our members enjoy their Impact Hub experience. This means that at times, we may apply a waiting list for particular change sectors.
I am not an Impact Hub member. Can I use your space?
Sure – you can book one of our spaces to host your meeting or event. Our rooms are available during the day and in the evening (until 10pm) as well as during the weekend. Whether you make a booking online or you drop a line to email@example.com, our Operations Lead will get in touch with you concerning the details.
If you’re just visiting Budapest briefly or just unable to join the Impact Hub community for a longer time, you can still come experience the Hublife for a day by purchasing a Day Pass (4900 HUF, VAT included).

Being a member of Impact Hub Budapest means that you are a member of all Impact Hubs around the world and you can even visit them. How? As a member of Impact Hub Budapest, you receive an Impact Hub Passport which allows you 3 free co-working days at any Impact Hub once a year (upon availability of course). Ask about the details at your local Impact Hub.
Will there be workspace for me when I come to Impact Hub Budapest?
Our team manages the flow of member hours and usage to guarantee that work and meeting space will be available. Keep in mind that some members prefer working in the quiet morning while others will gravitate toward busier times. Members, to some degree, self manage the use of their hours, but we’ll make sure to provide a spot for you even during a busy day.
Will I be able to do productive work at Impact Hub Budapest?
We designed the space with collaboration in mind so that you can tap into community resources, host meetings and events, do one-on-one sessions or work quietly on your own. Your ideas for how we can increase your productivity are always welcome as we constantly shape the space.
Are desks reserved?
Short answers: mostly not. We have hot desks for the community that are open on a first come, first serve basis. Fixed desks are available for Unlimited members only for an added monthly price of 13 500 HUF. If you need to host a meeting or a workshop, as a member you will have access to an online platform allowing you to check availability and reserve a room.
Can I bring my dog?
Almost all members of the op team at IHB have dogs, so being dog-friendly is important to us. Doggies are welcome as long as they have their vaccinations, are well-behaved and can tolerate the environment.
