As the weather gets colder, we are all searching for indoor activities to participate in that will keep our minds enlightened and our spirits high. The class we will be offering will be a lunch time power yoga class. It will allow you to take a much needed break from your daily work routine and will still give you enough time to grab lunch afterwards. Having at this time will also fuel your anabolic window, which is the 30-minute period after you do some physical exercise that shuttles food and nutrients toward lean muscle mass.
